What about the complaints that rise within us? Sure, all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Rom 8:28) But we shouldn't pretend.

The Lord is here to help us with our complaints. I pour out my complaint before him; I tell my trouble before him. (Psalm 142:2) Let's pray.

Lord, thank you for being our resting place- that we can bring our complaints to you. Help us trust you and to forgive others. We surrender our will to know your peace again. Amen.
